一、项目简介

内蒙古自治区人民政府奖学金是根据中华人民共和国内蒙古自治区人民政府与蒙古国教育、文化、科学与体育部签订的关于蒙古国学生到中华人民共和国内蒙古自治区学习的协议,对蒙古国来内蒙古自治区高等学校接受高等教育的留学生提供的奖学金。

二、招生类别及奖学金期限

1.招生类别：硕士研究生、博士研究生

2.学习年限：3-4年

三、奖学金内容

1.免学费

2.提供校内免费住宿

3.提供奖学金生活费：

硕士研究生3000/月

博士研究生3500/月

4.提供来华留学生综合医疗保险

四、申请人条件

1.申请人须为蒙古国公民，对华友好。

2.身心健康，品学兼优，无不良记录或犯罪记录，符合中华人民共和国出入境条件。

3.申请人的学历和年龄要求:

申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过 35 周岁。

申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁。

4.高校研究生项目申请人须具备汉语水平考试三级(HSK3级)及以上语言能力或达到相应语言水平。

5.奖学金生不得同时享受中国各级政府和录取院校设立的其他奖学金(不含各类一次性奖励金)的资助。对于刻意隐瞒资助情况的,一经发现,取消其内蒙古自治区人民政府奖学金资格，并退还已领取的内蒙古自治区人民政府奖学金。

五、申请材料

学生须按照《硕士、博士研究生项目学生上传附件材料清单》（详见附件1）上传申请材料。

六、申请流程

2025 年6月1日—30日，申请者登录https://isms.imu.edu.cn进入中国内蒙古自治区人民政府奖学金申请系统，查询招生专业（详见附件2）；在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续，按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。

一、硕士研究生项目学生上传附件材料清单：

1.有效护照照片页复印件。申请人须提交有效期晚于2026年3月1日的本人普通护照照片页清晰扫描件。

Copy of the photo page of a valid passport. Applicants must submit a clear scanned copy of the photo page of their ordinary passport with an expiration date no earlier than March 1, 2026.

2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。

Authenticated highest education certificate. If the applicant is currently a student, they can submit an official expected graduation certificate or proof of enrollment issued by their institution. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must include an authenticated Chinese or English translation.

3.学习成绩单。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。

Academic Transcript. The transcript must be issued and officially stamped by the academic affairs office or relevant student administration department of the applicant's institution. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by an authenticated Chinese or English translation.

4.来华学习计划。申请人须提交用中文或英文书写的来华学习计划，内容包括：自我介绍、来华学习目的、学习规划等，不少于1000字。

Study Plan in China. Applicants must submit a study plan written in Chinese or English (minimum 1000 words), including: self-introduction, purpose of studying in China and study plan.

5.《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，提交时须在有效期内，须用中文或英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月。

Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The standard version of the form must be issued by Chinese health and quarantine authorities. It must be completed in Chinese or English. Applicants must undergo all required medical examinations as listed in the form.The examination results are valid for 6 months.

6.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

Certificate of No Criminal Record. Applicants must submit a valid no criminal record certificate issued by their local police authority. The certificate should be issued within 6 months before the application date.

7.语言能力证明。申请人须提交汉语水平考试三级及以上语言能力证书或相应语言水平证明材料。

Proof of Language Proficiency. Applicants are required to submit an HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) certificate of Level 3 or higher, or other documentation demonstrating equivalent Chinese language competence.

8.推荐信。申请人须提交两名相关领域副教授及以上职称者的推荐信并附推荐人联系方式，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。

Recommendation Letters. Applicants must submit two recommendation letters written by associate professors (or higher) in relevant fields, with the referees' contact information included. The letters should primarily address the applicant's objectives for studying in China and evaluation of the applicant's comprehensive abilities and future potential. Recommendation letters must be written in Chinese or English.

9.个人作品。申请攻读艺术、设计类等专业者，可通过“其他要求的材料”上传个人作品类材料（如影像、绘画作品等）。

Portfolio (for art/design applicants).Applicants applying for art, design, or related programs may upload their portfolio (e.g., videos, paintings, etc.) under “Additional Supporting Files”.
